Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any app or service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.

Use of the Apps

• You may use our apps only in compliance with applicable law, app store rules, and your device's security and permission settings.
• You are responsible for your use of app features, including customization, camera, photo, file, AI, translation, editing, utility, or other features provided by a specific app.
• You must not misuse any app to violate platform rules, infringe rights, mislead others, bypass security controls, or interfere with another person, service, device, or network.
• You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or exploit the app except as allowed by applicable law or platform rules.

User Content

Some apps may allow you to upload, capture, select, edit, generate, translate, analyze, save, or share content such as photos, images, files, text, prompts, or generated outputs.

• You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
• You grant us and our service providers permission to process your content only as needed to provide the feature you request, operate the app, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations.
• You must not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content.
• You are responsible for reviewing any output before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on it.

AI-Powered Features

Some apps may use AI-powered features to generate, edit, analyze, classify, translate, summarize, or transform content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use.

• Do not rely on AI outputs as professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.
• You are responsible for evaluating generated or analyzed outputs before using them.
• We may modify, limit, suspend, or remove AI features depending on availability, abuse prevention, provider changes, legal requirements, or platform policies.

Permissions and Device Features

• Some features depend on permissions such as camera, photo library, files, network access, notifications, device status, or platform-specific permissions.
• If you deny or revoke required permissions, some features may not work correctly.
• You can manage permissions in your device settings.

Free Features, Premium Features, and Purchases

Some apps may include free features, limited usage, subscriptions, free trials, consumable purchases, non-consumable purchases, or one-time lifetime purchases. Available products, pricing, billing periods, trial eligibility, and premium features may vary by app, country, platform, and store account.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable platform rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or relevant platform account settings.
• Pricing, taxes, trial eligibility, introductory offers, renewal timing, refunds, and billing controls are governed by the applicable platform's policies.
• Deleting an app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the platform account that manages the subscription.

One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

• A lifetime or one-time purchase, where offered, is a non-renewing purchase for the premium access described in the app at the time of purchase.
• Continued access depends on valid purchase ownership under the applicable platform's policies.
• Lifetime access does not guarantee that every feature, third-party service, AI provider, online endpoint, or platform integration will remain available forever.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment platform according to their refund policies. We generally cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by those platforms.

Intellectual Property

Our apps, software, design, interface, text, graphics, bundled assets, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing, subscribing, or downloading an app gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app according to these Terms and applicable platform rules. It does not transfer ownership of the app or its content.

Third-Party Services

Apps may rely on third-party platforms or providers, including app stores, billing providers, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, or content delivery services. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, pricing changes, or platform decisions.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, be updated, limited, suspended, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any app, feature, premium product, AI service, cloud service, or device-specific behavior.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our apps and services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that an app will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device, purpose, or user expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hai Vu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, an app or service.

Termination

We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to an app or feature if required by law, platform policy, abuse prevention, security needs, service availability constraints, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of an app after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
